Are your dolls authentic Namji pieces?
Our pieces are handcrafted by artisans in Cameroon in the Namji doll tradition. We present them honestly: they are contemporary works made in a living craft tradition, not historical artefacts. Each comes with a provenance card describing its materials and origin.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. All orders are carefully packed and insured during transit. Shipping times range from 5–14 business days depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
Can I order a specific size or colour combination?
We can sometimes accommodate special requests for specific palette preferences or sizing. Please contact us before placing an order to discuss what is possible. Note that exact replication of a bead pattern is not possible — each piece is unique.

Worldwide shipping
We ship to all destinations worldwide. All orders are carefully packed and fully insured during transit. Estimated delivery is 5–14 business days depending on destination and chosen shipping method.
Free shipping threshold
Orders over ₪500 qualify for free shipping. A flat shipping rate of ₪45 applies to orders below this threshold.
Tracking
A tracking reference is provided once your order has been dispatched. Contact us via WhatsApp or phone if you have questions about an in-transit order.
Returns & Exchanges
14-day returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. The piece must be in its original, undamaged condition. Please contact us before returning any item so we can guide you through the process.
Handcrafted variations
As each piece is individually handcrafted, minor natural variations in bead pattern, colour and finish are expected and are not grounds for return. If you have questions about a specific piece before purchasing, please contact us first.
